    Following the discussions on the "Another Moderator" thread Norway and Baby Hornet Dan have emerged as the two proposed candidates to join me as Moderators.

    Is everyone happy that this process has been fair and that we have found two excellent people.

    I know I am.

    I would also like to thank Hornette and BucksHornet for their gracious "standing down" in favour of the two - both have indicated to me they would really like to have been chosen but have agreed on the selection showing great team spirit. I am sure they will both be considered again in the future

    I will only hold this thread open for 24 hours as I think most have expressed a view already where they wanted to.

    Now should I have appointed H because she is a lady or would that be sexist - but if I don't appoint her and only appoint men is that sexist <yikes> :headbang: Or could I just buy everyone a View attachment 4761

    It would definitely be nice to have a woman mod on the site one day...i don't know if there is one elsewhere...:)...meanwhile, i'll have a glass of that wine Leonardo, thanks ;)

    As an addendum can I propose that Hornette and BucksHornet be made moderators in the event we grow sufficiently large to merit it, or that one of the Leonardo, Norwayhornet and babyhornetdan wishes to retire.
