I thought he was finished after that Sheff Wed game, but he's clearly worked hard to improve and impressed Brucie enough to stay here for longer.

If he had been that would've been totally unfair.

 

How come you and everyone else (seemingly) always forget that in his very next game (ironically against Orient) he ****ed up just as bad - by conceding a goal straight from a cross which lobbed him at the back post.

That's why he was 'finished' for me. Already a back-up but two massive ****ups in 4 days, and hiding from one of them by feigning injury.

Seems like he's turned it round since then and if Bruce wants him now then that's fine with me, but I don't think it was ever unfair for people to write him off.

 

Pretending to be dead was what killed him off, quite aptly.

 

Very true and to be honest I still have my doubts.

 

Good news and the ideal replacement for Harper when he retires.

The Jak has improved no end last season and was very impressive @ WHL and Old Trafford.

 

Great news. I would expect him to replace Harper on the bench this season. We now have two excellent keepers.

 

We do. I expect all 3 will get game time over the long season ahead.

The 2 domestic cup competitions may be given to each one(Jak + Harps) subject to who we draw mind.
