Besides Suarez and Sepp Blatter who/what would you put in a football Room 101?

I'll start with commentators. I'm really enjoying a surprisingly exciting WC, but one downside is the endless cliches these fellas keeping spouting - especially re Brazil, Messi, German efficiency, African teams and the weather! Heard it all before.

Scouse Sports News, and all their love, appreciation and admiration for all things Liverpool. It really is sickening.

Penalties for handballs. They ruin games and 99% of them are just accidents

Red card and penalty for last man tackles, the double punishment is too much

Vuvuzelas, Andy Townsend and people that excuse anything that a player does, as long as he plays for their team.

Robbie Savage, Alan Shearer, double standards when it comes to English players being blatant cheats, commentators' basing their opinion of other national teams on their performances in the 1970s

England bidding for yet another World Cup based solely on the fact that England invented football, that NIMBY at Archway Sheet Metal Works that's single-handedly holding up our new stadium

  14. The officiating at these Finals has, on balance, been dreadful.

Also, I'll second Andy Townsend for the chop. He is an awful commentator. Listen to what he says, and you'll find that (a) he merely describes exactly what the viewer is witnessing in real-time, which is utterly pointless for TV, and (b) he never provides any tactical know-how beyond the bland and basic "they need to get the ball wide" bollocks. Sure, Andy, we know that they need to get the ball wide, but how do you suggest, with the players they have and their lack of pace, the manager can make that happen? Give us some ****ing clue as to what tactical changes need to be made to make "going wide" for this team a possibility. But... nothing! He's absolutely clueless.

    The FA and FiFA.

"Together we fight match manipulation." FIFA ad I just saw.

    How about:

"Alone, we welcome bribes for World Cup placement."

Brazil fans: obnoxious and entitled, they're the Liverpool of international football - right down to getting away with their dives and cynical fouls.

Who cares if the fans dive? Or foul cynically.

Seriously, what does Ramires have to do to get booked/sent off. Absolute liability.
