Thought maybe because it was International transfer, but Fabregas & Fernando have been confirmed by Chelsea & City respectively?
i agree with this but at the same time I have great confidence on Sturridge, Sterling and Coutinho. Lambert and Lallana will add some bulk to our squad and could add 20 goals between them. If we get Sanchez is the deal we will gain a very good talent who will help regain some of the goals and creativity. Between Lambert, Lallana and Sanchez we could get 30+ goals. I am a fann of Borini to. We could consider a player like Firminio with the cash. Also, we dont need to score 101 goals to win the league as long as we improve our defense. Looks good but I feel we would loose out on Coutinho's brilliant passing. Unless we go total Tikki Taka. Lallana will add more defensive grit. A top club needs squad rotation to last. It could be 2 of Sterling, Coutinho and Lallana only. Potential impact from the bench is vital to.

Well we already have a budget if Suarez stays. Moreno has been in negotiations for a while and we have signed Can. Lallana is good defensively. Rumours are a budget of £60m Lallana - £25m. Can - £10m. Lambert - £4m. thats £39m Moreno is rumoured between £16-20m.
