Ok, so by your very own 'flawless logic', you can judge a player on stats but we CAN'T judge a player having seen him play. Nice one, you really just keep on highlighting what a dick you are with every post.
****tard. I was responding to your moronic claim that no united fan had seen him. Comprehend ****tard?
Hello again ****tard. Tell me, how do you rate Iniesta heres his stats ****tard Played 35 scored 3 assisted 7 Heres Herreras stats Played 33 scored 5 assisted 5 Go ahead ****tard, make a fool of your self
Well for a start, it was a TWO legged tie. In which he, nay the whole Bilbao side, were in fact very impressive. And I have seen a couple of La Liga games involving Bilbao last season, yes. But hey, **** all beats stats right? They tell you everything about football, thank **** for stats.
Im aware of that mate. A lot of you on here are saying stuff like 'good signing", "looks a quality player" yet when someone says it is a gamble you mindlessly attack them for having an opinion. Obviously ive got you a bit wound up by what ive said. Is there an ignore button? One day pal you will realise theres more to life than your rep on a forum
Nobody is claiming hes a world beater but a very highly rated midfielder who is clearly talented. You dont have Manchester United and Barcelona chasing you if your not. and not wound up at all. Dont flatter yourself.
Was i comparing or was I asking for your views on Iniesta. I provided the stats as your a big fan of stats ( stats are good, in context )
He isnt highly rated, and i doubt barca were chasing after him. Otherwise he would have obviously picked them over a team that arent even playing europa league this season. Hes over priced, same with Luke Shaw
I have seen Ander play on many occasions,in the flesh and on telly...even met him in Okela along with his best friend Muniain and he is a class act on and off the pitch. He is not a number 10,never has been.He is a midfielder who rarely gives the ball away, wins back possession readily, tackles really well and can play play a killer ball as well as the simple ones.He reads the game extremely well and is intelligent and hard working. He doesn't score many goals because Athletic have Susaeta,Muniain,De Marcos,Aduriz and Ibai Goméz in the attacking half of the field and Herrera generally plays deeper. He has scored a couple of crucial goals however and can head the ball as well. No one in Bilbao wants him to leave, absolutely no one. £30m is a bargain since he is just reaching his prime and will he thrive in the less technically demanding Premiership. Just my opinion.
Don't worry about it, LVG will sort it out and is one of the best tactical coaches in the world so why are you worrying about how much Man U have paid for a player, not many people know much about Holland's team before this World Cup but are doing ok for themselves. Get back to worrying about your own team for a bit let the lad play and then you will see if he is worth £30 mill, me and I'm not a Man U fan have a mate who is an Bilbao fan is gutted he is leaving and says he was the cog in the machine which made them tick, and is not surprised he hasn't been capped by Spain as Basque players are rarely recognised in Spain's International teams.
Herrera seems a decent player... You need someone in his mould - but still lack the Keane figure. Danger of being a bit lightweight at the moment. £30m however is ludicrous money and a symptom of today's game. Despite his talent and Bilbao's unique situation, that is a veritable ****-tonne of money. It's a gamble, you can't say otherwise. It shows United's desperation for a quick fix. Yet he'll most likely succeed, if only because he's improving on basically nothing.
