I have a severe nut allergy, but my missus has the same list as you.

Maybe she's trying to tell me something?

Either she's trying to kill me, or she's ****ing greedy?

I'm not sure I'm painting a great picture of my missus here. <laugh>

I remember nowt about the game I first went to apart from the team & score. I also remember running along the bottom of Kempton & getting the bus back to my grandad's in OPE.

We played Oxford & it was 0-0, looking back the only 0-0 I could find in the 70s was in 1970 so I must have been 4-5. I also remember Bremner but not specific games.

I recall my drink and food of choice was Tiger Cola with a Yorkie bar - is my mind playing tricks or could you buy Yorkie bars at Fer Ark?

That's weird. I was chatting to my dad at the weekend about the first time he took me to see a City game, and he (who couldn't tell you what he had for breakfast but seems to remember ever frigging game he's every been to) said it was Oxford and it was a boring 0-0 but I seemed to enjoy meself. I was 4 years old. We also caught the bus back to my Nan and Grandads in Clanthorpe Rd...

He also told me that 2 years prior to that he'd asked Cliff Britton for a game and was told to **** off <laugh>

I now need to ask him if he treated me to a wagon wheel. Knowing him though, I doubt it.

In the early 60's my husband worked at Westons in Slough for a while on student vacation. Was a huge fan of Wagon Wheels until he saw the manufacturing process and has never had one since.

Head splitting open on a swing, yeah, I get that. Standing on a trowel though? Surely that can't be as bad as stepping on a piece of lego?
