Noticed last night the Sunderlan lot were talking about films and a few horrors popped up, I know we've got a couple of fans here so hence topic

Could do with a couple of recs for the weekend as pretty much doing nothing

Last ones I watched were Kairo, really really good, maybe a touch long but creepy slowburn paranoia style and includes some parts I won't name but which they just nailed imo.

The Conjuring, pretty good, treads a thin line between cliche/homage but worth watching if you like your supernatural horror

What is the latest Texas chainsaw massacre like?

I seen a few minutes of it, but no sound or owt, looked canny, mind imo all the remakes have been better than the original. Same as all 'The Hills have eyes.

Ah I think I see what you mean. Just referring to the tcm films ? Thought you were on a wind up, pardon me. Disagree mind but think the tcm remake and hills have eyes remake were better than most remakes, they had some sort of tension at least

Yeah It was really good other than a few points and one ridiculously lame pop out scare, great build up though, did actually creep me out a few parts. It sounded really good too

Acs I'd say our season is def like of a horror movie, everything starts ok ish but with an unsetlling presence and tension, things continue to seem okay but you know its not right and that any minute..then bosh a slide into complete chaos and dread for the second half. Its all there.

Rather watch all the august underground ,serbian films and gore spew filth in a row while on amphetamines found in a pair of old jeans from 2007
