Pity Suarez had not come up against Eddie Clamp and similar others He would not have had any teeth left to bite anyone

If L'pool keep him then it is proof that it is success at any price The L'pool of old would have had more integrity but it is a sad reflection of the pressures in the game today

Sir Stan used to get kicked from a**ehole to breakfast time and never once retaliated

IMO Suarez should have been banned for life

SIS...the problem is my friend is that is no longer 'the beautiful game'
It is corrupt from FIFA down.
There is no morality (Hansen's words not mine).
The players in general ate a bunch of cheats/con artists/divers/whiners/overpaid spoilt brats...delete ad required.

    No loyalty in.general.with Directors/Chairmen.and Managers.

There are of course exceptions, but I believe that this is largely the perception of the modern game.

Money is the root of all evil.

You are of course 100% correct about Eddie Clamp.

I have read, this morning, that Liverpool are considering some sought of appeal against the punishment. Don't know if it's true but if so then I am amazed.

Under Shankly he would not have lasted 10 minutes.

Cloughie would have knocked him out.

The Liverpool story just underlines my (above) argument

Yes of course Potts thanks but no need to ask It will be a good reminder of a smashing meeting of two "mature" Stokies Never know it might start a trend of selfies but no doubt it will provoke some good banter about how handsome we are

Hope you enjoy the wedding today

    Best Wishes
