Of course we're being punished, he'll be missing games for us for something he did in a non-Liverpool game. If it was a Liverpool game, I'd say ok we should have been controlling him better, like the Chelsea game. Its Uruguay that lost control.

I Don't expect fifa to pay (although that would be fun) I expect the Uruguay FA to pay. After all Countries FA's pay compensation when a player is returned long term injured and incapable to playing for the owning club.

thats like saysing there's always a chance that x or y could happen. given the unprecedented nature of suarez's life it's impossible to predict anything.

In short LFc are getting punished and so someone is paying his wages but its not us

Not sure how Liverpool are getting punished.

Liverpool should punish suarez as well for bringing this to the club...again.

It would show Liverpool do not accept this bullshit behaviour and despite being behind suarez as much as they can, will not stand by him on this occasion.

Can the ban be extended if the appeal is found to be frivolous?
