This too. Players come and go. You'll find a lot of fans relieved to see him leave despite losing one of the worlds best players.
As expected a totally ******ed viewpoint. It depends on the shirt does it? >> Uruguay forward Luis Suarez has been banned for nine matches and banned for four months "from any football activity" after biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini
I think he has got off far too lightly. but if he the audacity to appeal, it should be doubled on both counts
****ing FIFA botlers. Blatter looking not to upset the south american block vote. A just punishment would have been a ban of 12 month "from all football activity".
Atleast it ****s the scousers up for next season I was dreading it just being an international football ban
I think it's a pretty serious ban really. He's out the WC now which will hurt him badly and he knows he has let his Country down. He'll also miss a chunk of Liverpool's season again including some early champions league games. Overall including friendlies, internationals and cup games, could be around 30 fixtures. Well done FIFA.
He isn't even allow to train for Liverpool as it means all football activity he will take another month or 2 to get him to full fitness if he isn't allow to train for 4 months as well.
The racist scumbag needed to have at least 12 months ban from all football. I wished FIFA could grow some balls. Have been found to be totally weak and ineffective
He can still go to a gym and keep his self in shape. If you've ever watched Suarez you'll realise match fitness doesn't really apply to him, he runs about like a **** regardless.
This was posted by a guy on sky news According CNN Barclena president Josep Bartomeu confessed in an interview that a backroom transfer agreement had been made with Suarez before the world cup. Prior to the world cup Real Madrid was interested and it looked like a lucrative bidding war was going to ensue between the two riches clubs in football. Estimates of Suarez transfer worth pre-world cup were ranging between £79.4-£92.3 million with a good chance of it going up to £100 million. I'm beginning to wonder if the bite on Chiellini was an intential ploy by Suarez to put-off Real Madrid's interest, and to help keep his transfer price to Barcelona as low as the release clause would allow. This whole affair seems really shady to me, and I would like to see an investigation on both Suarez and Barcelona over this transfer. Excuse the spelling, its copied word for word, but......... 1. How come Barca tapped him up behind Liverpool's back? I was under the assumption the club who held his registration had to give permission first 2. If that was an English club, you can bet your life they would be investigated, but is seems Barca & Real are immune 3. maybe the bite was on purpose after all
