Bobby Moore and Mick Mills are the only England Captains never to have lost at the World Cup! <ok>

    Edit - Just remembered 1970 <doh>

I just can't resist this Rob, but when Norwich played my beloved Luton in the FA cup season before last they were the "bigger" team as they were in the premiership whilst Luton were then a non league club. I have to admit Luton had a large slice of luck in the last minute when Norwich weren't awarded a penalty for handball so the bigger team didn't get the luck. That day will live in my memory for ever, pre match lunch in Delia's, "Ruth" Rendell's 81st. minute goal and local boy Mark Tyler playing out of his skin not to mention Janos Kovacs putting Holt in his pocket second half. Wonderful, wonderful day.

Sorry, didn't intend to open up old wounds - but I so enjoyed it!

A bad day, though believe it or not it's far from our worst day in recent memory...

Of course, the bigger teams don't always get better luck in a single given match, I meant over the course of the season. If you don't gamble, you can't get lucky.

They should have had Keelan in goal in 1986 for us. Believe me, Maradonna would still be peeling himself off the ground after KK had flattened him getting to the ball. No way on Earth would he have got anywhere near the ball, let alone his hand
