True.. but he's no doubt gonna get a **** storm of abuse from the press (he's bought it on himself) if/when he returns.. If teams are still interested in him, yes, we may take a hit on what we could have got for him had he behaved. Who knows, FSG maybe looking at the "negative" impact he's having on LFC "their brand" and think enough's enough and want to move him on.
I agree, but horses for courses now, can't blindly play him in all games, gonna come a time when need to rely less on him and trust the likes of Hendo, Ford, Sturridge and others to drive the team forward. I love Gerrard but not too many more seasons left in them legs...

I'd take £50mill plus Sanchez now. Sanchez worth £20mill plus... and Suarez, despite being one of the worlds best is going to be watched very closely now... probably buggered for International football for a year now... and the FA will be looking at any slight chance to give him a comparable ban in England. Any stupid move from Suarez in the league and we'll have a £70mill+ lump of flesh sitting on the bench for a year. If he's capable of stupid moments of passion on field- he is off field too. Assault people off the field and it could be more than a year he is unavailable for.
Suarez seems very mellow off field. Every one who knows him say the football pitch changes him completely.
£20m for Sanchez would be a bargain. Guy has been brilliant last few years and can play in a number of positions. Doubt we'd get both him and Shaq though. Hope we start getting the midfield and defence sorted quickly now and start selling a few of those fringe players.
