No offence but I hope he gets a year ban.

There should have been a bigger ban in the first place. Let alone the third.

Should be no tolerance for that. He should be a role model as the PFA player of the year. I hope Liverpool have the balls to sack him.

I know that if I were to go out and bite someone then I'd lose my job.

Fifa meet at 5. Early reports of an 18 month football ban. 6 months suspended if he undertakes counselling, a $1million fine suspended for 1 year and he will be forced to use a dummy during games.

There are endless elbows and kicks and nasty challenges that are quite clearly and provable as violent conduct. Too many to mention. none of them accumulate penalties.

Lets be honest here, Suarez was a hate figure before he ever came to the PL, not for biting, for the handball. What I laugh at is every lying sack of **** that says they would not have done it or that they would be just as angered if an England player did it, all lies, pathetic lies.

Nothing Suarez does is not something other players do. EXCEPT the bites, and even then when one of your own do it NOT a ****ing word, Defoe when he bit Masc, in fact they said Masc should man up, you can try say it is because he has done it 3 times, but do you hate him any more since he did it again or has it just rekindled that first hate yo felt watching that world cup game. and as for your Evra affair, that is ALL down to one word v the other so.. the bites, yes he brought it upon himself in that respect. Can't argue with that, but lets not beat around the bush, too many of you have posted about how he was such a **** for denying Ghana a goal, but seldom mention they missed the resulting penalty.

Biting can easily be classed as violent conduct but because of it's strangeness as it were, it is deemed outside the code for dealing with violent conduct. What would kissing another player be classed as? <laugh>

I honestly think it's actually kind of pathetic that a gown man can't control himself. Like get a grip Luis for ****'s sake, someone needs to give him a ****ing slap at this stage. One can only imagine his Uruguayan Teammates are giving him a harder time than fans.

I would argue that most elbows and kicks are a direct result of the game's physical nature.

    Biting, however, just isn't.

It annoys me that people would still stick up for him. If a Leicester player did that i'd want him out of the door, immediately.

Did you know that a Columbian player elbowed a Japanese player yesterday, in the head and drew a fair bit of blood....
No, you didn't? Didn't think so......

Rudi Voller spat at Frank Rykard, at the world cup, I don't recall him getting a Domestic Ban for something he did on International Duty?

If you wish to continue to Wum (must try harder to be honest), then do so, t'is your right..
    But a bit of On-Topic un-blinkered discussion wouldn't go a-miss.

I do believe he deserves a ban... length will most likely range between missing the rest of this WC and 12 months..
But I don't think he should be banned to play in domestic leagues, if he isn't, then if it was up to me, I'd sell him to anyone offering us a fee close to the release clause!
    Time to move on!

He has added to his fame no doubt.

This world cup will always be remembered as the "Suarez World Cup".

You said most.. your post has no relevance to mine from there onwards.

The point is many are not. And we are not talking elbows only either.

  15. I hope he gets banned too, keep him fresher for Liverpool :)

Can't wait for the double Suarez hat-trick versus Leicester this coming season <diva>

PS...someone in the family supports Leicester.

It depends... he seems to do something stupid every season.

We can either have another 3 seasons of a top drawer player (for say 30 games a season) OR cash in and see what happens...

I'm happy with either but verging on the latter.

I agree as the response I indicated would require reflection, articulation, sincerity and intelligence and as you say he is clearly not bright and responds to life only through self interest.

    question:

suarez bites for 3rd time... everyone wants decapitation... teeth removal and other such rather facist type reactions that in the real world won't occur

pardew headbutts a player over a thrown in and gets 7 games but no sack, some vilification but is fine now

any hypocracy in this given we can expect mid august that every away game sees loud booing of every touch while pardew sets nothing....

Whatever happens the ****bag deserves what's coming to him. It's sad because he's obviously an immense talent but has clearly got a screw loose. It's also a massive loss for LFC but tbh I don't care to see him play for us again. We'll miss his skill, desire and goals but you can't bite three people. I mean, what did Mike Tyson get for his bites on Holyfield's ear... lost his licence and the right to box (till it was given back after a year) and a huge millions of dollars fine. Suarez deserves the same. You'll say, 'but Tyson drew blood and actually took a chunk off', but it's all the same, bite, attempted bite the damage doesn't matter, it's about the intent and the person's inability to control their aggression to where it becomes potentially harmful to those around them.
