http://www.football.co.uk/liverpool...to_liverpool_is_a_done_deal__rss4767624.shtml Phil Thompson says he has it from some media guys with their ear close to the club that Sanchez deal is done already. I hope you're right Phil.
Sturridge sanchez sterling ... then when chewys ban is up any 3 from sturridge suarez sterling and sanchez very exciting indeed
oops blown the deal then. the player is in brazil... there is no "as good as" IN THAT SCENARIO. any deal for him will be month to 2 months away
: "Even just yesterday I had things from people, newspaper guys with their ear very close to the ground at Liverpool, saying that the Sanchez deal is actually done". Doesnt mention as good as anywhere
anyone reckon barca may use him to get a good deal on luis now? i know we can get sanchez without, just wondering if barca may turn round now after what's happened and say we will give you sanchez and say £30 mill for luis type deal.
Hopefully we keep Suarez and sign Sanchez. I want us to become the biggest and best club in the world - how can do that if we sell our best players in order to sign new ones? Keep adding to the squad, and sell the sh*t.
i meant in what has just happened jimmy, we have no clue how the club feel about this do we at the moment? would it be seen as too good to turn down after what's just happened and get rid of what looks like being a problem child in our ranks. yes barca are sneaky and its how they do things, but is it an idea for them to consider trying on. i would rather keep luis and hopefully end up with both, with you on that, but i was thinking from owners point of view and barcas.
Yeah I know what you mean mate, wasn't having a dig I'd still keep Suarez - he's likely to receive an international ban, so it won't impact the PL campaign. It will be interesting to see BArca's and Real's stance - if he doesn't get a worldwide ban, then there should be little impact? However, they can afford the big fees because they recoup a lot of the money back through shirt sales - Suarez's reputation is takign a battering now.
Very good signing if true, think he's a brilliant little player. Got to wonder what Barca are doing though letting him and Fabregas go, Thiago last season etc.
Until Dave Whelan announces it whilst holding photograph of Sanchez leaning on something at Anfield, its bullshit
Leaning against a fence, perhaps? Angled so his shoulders appear at slightly different heights, and Suarez is just in the corner of the shot, eyeing them hungrily. That sort of thing? Nice rumour, but I'll only be happy when he's put pen to paper, like yourself.
