The fact there is not any kind of precedent (who gets banned twice for biting and does it again FFS) shows how mental this all is.

the suarez story is top in the world cup side bar.... and on front page http://www.nytimes.com/ its not even there only the dangers of heading the ball story

 

The Times of India was faintly damning, but, then again, it was part of the Empire and as such would be fairly similar to our press, if a little watered down. Anyone know what the Chinese press have said about the incident? They should be fairly neutral in their coverage.
