Skill? Have you really. 2 of the players are totally unknown and Ba has a knee like a glass lampshade. Arfa is returning from a serious leg break and who knows how that will turn out. Youre breaking the spine of the team up and the heart and soul.

Guttierez linked with a move to Spain today and Barton a target if Stoke city. Hairbear won t like all his pals leaving and his dummy will come out soon. Anyone hear Fred Astaire singing "There could be trouble ahead"? Lol

Still you have 'skill' eh? FFS, blinkered and delusional as ever from the annual tripe-monster.

There is only so far these 'warriors' can take us. It isn't just mackems clinging to the hope of us failing because they are leaving is it? ;)

I'm not worried at all, I reckon we will stay up, that's my main target.

EDIT: as for bullying teams, are you having a laugh? Making us sound like Stoke.

Ok, you're right, as always cest <doh> I will run scared of Seb ****ing Larsson. Good luck keeping Gyan happy as well.

As for Demba Ba, if the shoe were on the other foot n all that, he was a target of yours, or was admired by most of your fans on here, but now he's ****, that's just how football works I suppose.

Good that you have such 'high' ambitions. Thought you said in a couple of posts ago that you had signed 'skillful players'. Are they that skillful that 4th bottom is your target? **** me, I hope you dont sign any 'ordinary' ones, or you will be ****ed if that's all the skillful ones can achieve?

One step at a time. Is yours just to finish above us again? And before you say it's not, you might want to run that by beachball head.

Wrong again **** muncher (dont you get ****ing sick of being wrong).

I said right at the begining that I didnt want Ba, as I have a WHU season ticket holder mate who told me he was total trouble and would cause dressing room problems. Has a stinking attitude and for £60k per week, we can do far better. Youre losiong the very thing that gave you your points last season - team players and lads who roll their sleeves up for the cause. Lets see how the french puffs you have signed like it when the tackles are flying about thick and fast.

BTW, I'll give you a little bet. I bet Gyan is still at SAFC after Barton, Guttierez and Collocinni have long departed scumville

Selective memories again badger? Didn't Alan Farters Partridge say exactly the same thing before and AFTER we were top dogs AGAIN.

BTW - finishing above your lot is a given. Happens every year.

Love the abuse, really makes you look mature.

I said most of your fans on here though he was good...

It would be the same with N'Zog if we got him ahead of you.

As for wages, you have focussed on MA more than us, so you shouldn't be so thick to think that he would pay out £60k a week, when he is getting rid of Barton who is on the same! Think it through pal.

Speaking of memories, heard a cracker tonight. Tranmere Rovers v Sunderland FA Cup game, Tranmere get someone sent off, and they bring someone else on and continued playing with 11 men. Only you lot wouldn't realise that ;)

Believe it or not Badger, us Mackems don't all think the same. I'm not "clinging to the hope" of you going down at all. The derby games are the most anticipated games of the season, so we all loose out on thee games of the season if one of our clubs drops out of the premier league.

All I'm trying to say is that this is a dangerous road to go down and could be disastrous for your club. Nolan has gone a season too soon IMO. Get through the 'second season syndrome' and then make changes to improve the quality of football. I think your club are trying to do too much, too soon, but I suppose we'll all have to wait and see how your team looks and performs next season, to know if it has been a successful transformation, or not.

Well we will know one way or another when the new season starts. For what it's worth my view is that the main criticism last year was lack of strikers and a team with no pace. Were addressing the second point and hopefully will sort the first too. Nolan was a good replacement for having little up front and often played as a second striker... Hence the goals.
Let the fun and games begin as we look to kick on from last year...

Been reading this thread and this ever important spine of our team that you mackems keep going on about was the same spine that you lot said weren't up to premier league standard when we won promotion. With Nolan having no pace, carroll un proven, collo being ****e. Proved everyone wrong last season didn't they.
To say things are looking bad before a ball is kicked is very naive of you lot as the 3 players mentioned are linked by red top rags with moves, nothing concrete whatsoever.
Of course, selling the heart of the team can have a negative effect, but it's not a certainty. It's clear that the management want a totally different type of football at Newcastle next season and for me, letting Nolan go, even though I don't agree with it shows ambition on the clubs part to go after what they see as being our future.

At least they'll have a canny tune to run onto the pitch.
