This is the second consecutive World Cup he has ruined.

And his cheating, biting and racism when playing under pressure in big games have damaged the Premiership. If he can only behave himself against Norwich at home, he does not belong on the biggest stage.

Should LFC do the right thing and cash in on this despicable individual now?

Wow, London's only won one EC, you're really chomping at the bit aren't you! Sound completely rabid there!

Yes, if we can sell him, we should. If FIFA doesn't give him a severe ban (or even if they do)- his actions are going to really get the attention of the FA.
They've already had an eye on him for past transgressions- now he so much as sneezes and he'll be slapped so hard his tongue will hurt when he farts.

He's a very lengthy ban waiting to happen... and although from all accounts he's a different person off-field... but there is no saying he couldn't SNAP off field one day... and that could be more serious than a ban.

He's getting on in years- but could still fetch a huge fee... best trade in the asset and get some other skilled players in whilst we can.

If we can't get a huge fee from him though... keep him and hope Rodgers can manage him as well next year as he has this year.

Depends on his punishment. If he gets an unlikely ban that extends to club football- that will diminish how much people will pay for him.

Assuming he avoids a club ban this time... Since Barca are still sniffing around- £50mill would be the absolute bare-bottom price- although I'd hope to get more.
Anything less than £50m - put him in extensive councilling... have the shrinks watch him like a hawk, and hope to keep his behavior n check...

If he can behave all season- his sale price will rebound for next summer... sell him then! After his last bite his marketability to other clubs dropped- but a season of relatively good behaviour fixed that. (and even then Arsenal offered £40+ mill).

Prefer for him to be gone... but I don't want to be silly and lose out on the cash.

He should say, as he is banned for more games than he plays

OK... so we know he has a ban that will cause him to miss a heck of a lot more club games than expected (but not so many international games as many suspected).

Supposedly Real Madrid and Barcelona are no less interested!!!!

So how much is he worth now? Well, if it were any other clubs interested- expected transfer fee would be less... however, since the Spanish giants have more money than sense- we can probably still sell him for a very good fee. If not... may behoove Liverpool to wait until January (don't Champions League Cup tie him) and sell him in the January window.

The only thing we lose by holding on to him an extra transfer window is a couple of million whilst he sits on the sofa watching the game on TV and sharpens his fangs.

Last season a lot of LFC fans felt the same, but changed their tune when he started scoring

Yes. I was one of them... felt dirty celebrating his goals at first... took until about Christmas before I began to reluctantly forgive him... by March I had forgiven him.

It wasn't just that he was scoring goals for fun... He looked like he had changed. His attitude was so much better, I know rivals will say he dives... and he did occasionally, but even that side of his game had cleaned up dramatically from the season before. He looked like a changed man and I did slowly over time forgive him.

I obviously don't want Liverpool to shoot themselves in the foot by throwing him out the door... he is a large ass-et. I want them to be prudent and sell him for best deal we can get... even if that means waiting a year for the reverbs of this scandal to calm down.

Were you as outraged when Chelsea sent a limo to pick up the *****phile Graham Rix at the prison gates on his release and give him his old job back?

You don't seem outraged at any other outrageous outrage unless it LFC related LF.<laugh>

    Tongue twister but very true!

He's very much like Christian Smith now, devalued himself as a poster when it comes to discussing us as just looking to wum. Pretty boring tbh

Sooner or later the sewer rat fron Uruguay will bite someone else, after which he will get a ban that will ruin his career.
So in that case, I hope the obnoxious little scrote stays at Loserpool.

His value has certainly dipped by 30 mill after the bite and the negative publicity. No club in their right mind would consider him, unless they have a "bite again and your wages are withheld" contract

Yes. For the release clause and to a non prem club. Guy is a genius but has become a ****ing liability. He is at his peak so a sale now means maximum return

<laugh> Bit over the top mate. Don't think he's actually ruined the World Cup. It seems to be going on quite well without him.
