On a plane at Liberty Airport New Jersey for almost 3 hours in almost 90f temperature with no air conditioning.
****ing hell that reminds me of being stuck on British Airways coming back from Istanbul. Plane connected with the gate but they kept everyone back on board for over an hour with no proper explanation which meant we missed our connection back up north and had to spend the night in the terminal and fork out for a connection the day after. On the flip side I quite like airports.
My daughter looks the image of me, but they reckon one in every 2m people is your doppleganger. That's not insurmountable odds for my ex....
Did you see that German dude who was eventually rescued from a 3km deep chasm after two weeks? It was something like that.
How rich are you that you have your own birthday suite? That's a rubbish story by the way DR.....this is the internet, feel free to pretend you had to kung-fu your way out
Manchester and Stoke were quite bad. But, without doubt, it has to be being stuck in Colombo airport overnight, worrying about traffickers planting drugs in my luggage. Sleepless night in an uncomfortable chair, in relentless heat and humidity, surrounded by dodgy looking types*! *Myself included!
I was tempted to put Birmingham train station down on the list, too. It's all tiled, dark and dingy! Was stuck there once, for about 50 minutes, and it felt like an aeon!
