he's done it to give all the ****e players a game and protect fat frank. #setenglanduptofail. i agree totally
I heard a funny thing during the build up to the game. Some guy and Phil Neville were talking about how Costa Rica have performed very well at the WC without having any of their players in big club teams. They then spent the next 5 -6 mins ranting about how England will never do well without more club players playing in the CL!
Were going home Were going home Were going England are going home How bad is lampard these days? Sympathy selection if ever there was one.
anyone know what the temp over there is? just wondering how long it will be before the heat effects our players if its hot.
They're playing like a true historical giant of a nation. Really living up to all the hype and speculation that has been given them over the many years of their proud heritage... ... there again, they're playing the minnows of the group, England. Still Good to see Costa Rica being a power-house.
Mostly. Barkley keeps running into people, Lalllana running around like a headless chicken (hope we don't sign him), Smalling just booting the ball up field and Sturridge should have had a pen.
Not going to make excuses for England, but 90% of the teams are diving all over the place and getting freekicks and such. We have had about four very good penalty shouts across the tournament and have been given nothing. This feels like the bloody Eurovision song contest some of the time
So, can we surmise that the tournament will be won by a bearded lady then? Who is the bearded lady in the world cup?
Foster has looked better than Joe 'Rash decision' Hart. Defence don't look as nervous with whats behind them.
prob actually no jagielka .......however..... seeing hoofer smalling and donkey jones are in it must be the keeper utd discarded after falling out with ferguson
Hard to say if we're playing better, or whether it's just the extra man in midfield which is the difference. I'd opt for the latter, although Shaw and Jones are defo doing better than Johnson and Baines.
