And that an account of assault was in fact attempted murder, despite the judge ruling it as assault which it obviously was. I still have that 'private' conversation stored away but I don't think now is the right time to bring it back out.

I've read the ****ing thing and all it does is spell out the facts. There's no way slander even comes into play here, as theres zero evidence of it and no-one who can verify it. The letter states the tweets, the account details of the account that made them, the evidence that shows the owner of that account and the fact that the comments contravenes club rules.
