Our new regime has done the decent thing, and cleared debts incurred by a previous regime, whereas Hoo "short arms long pockets" Jenkins won't even pay the rent, never mind do the decent thing..........mind you if they have to close the odd library or two in swansea to subsidise pikey fc's rent arrears, well I doubt if many would notice............its a good job that traveller camp sites are grant funded by central government.............if the council had to close down a few of those, well the "jack army
