i would be inclined to agree that if the basis for selection is being english that 'appy 'arry the car dealer is the only candidate left standing. And all the old school managers in europe are at big clubs or on vast wages or already out to pasture so its redknapp as you say or worse tim sherwood!
Probably has a point. Roys had 2 tournaments, one we just about got out the group and then got hammered. This time, not even getting out the group and possibly losing all 3 games. This myth of he has us playing decent is annoying as well The performance against Italy was better than it was last year but doesn't mean we played well. If he was anyone other than Hodgson he'd be getting slated in the press.
He's absolutely right, his tactics have been awful and when England struggle to qualify for the Euros then we will see him gone. Honestly would think Rafa would take the job if offered.
it was funny how it was reputedly sterling put in at am or whatever to harrass pirlo rather than any positive intent.. then pirlo just laughs and goes and plays in a different gap and England get nowhere... sterling plays well by accident should be the headline. hodgosn is technically bereft so if we wish to just wiat until thre is another optino fine but i fancy i'd rather go out than get to euro 2016 then at least it'd be realistic.
