Hi all, Leeds60 & I are going for a small libation on Friday, July 4th. Plan to go to the New Inn, Wetherby for the game that kicks off at 5pm. Anyone like to join us? I believe that Glory & 20/20 live closeby, so fully expect to see you both there! Anyone else up for it? Invite is thrown open to anyone visiting the site that hasn't joined up yet - and yes, Elmo, I'd even welcome you with no animosity at all. It's good to put names to faces, & even better to get to know peoples' sense of humour e.g., if I hadn't already met Glory, I'd have him on 'ignore', given the abuse he directs at me!
I abuse everyone and didn't want you to feel left out. 4th of July I always get an invite to menwith hill base for their Independence Day celebrations. However if the pair of you want to come down to wetherby road on 12th for Leeds first preseason run out I will happily get you both a pint at harrogate town.
I'll be at the Harrogate game. My admission is a Fathers day gift. Big occasion - my 4yo grandson's first Leeds match. He's even going to wear his Leeds shirt that's not covered in paint!
