    I don't use the Longe Arms Minxy, I find it too much of what I call a Townie pub. Much better, just a mile up the B1150 North Walsham Road is the White Horse, Crostwick. A smashing old pub with oozzles of character, fantastic menu top class food very reasonable prices and plenty of ales. When Mrs. Spix and I were younger we used to walk across the fields to it. Still could but we now take the car - it's an age thing! Google it Minxy and also take a look at the menu. Then let us know when you're coming!

    Alternatively, a further mile or so along the road there is the Rising Sun at Coltishall. Right alongside the river. Have a look at that too.

    Blast boi. Thas a name from the past. Not been there for about 30 year.

    I normally use the Dunstable when I'm playing darts, and the Crown or the Boats for a drink in the summer watching the sunset over the sea.

    Of course bring Mr. Minxy. In all seriousness, why don't you drive over for a day, or even a weekend, Mrs. Spix and I would love to show you the sights and sounds of Norfolk.

    Bear in mind though that we shall be away between 6th. and 24th. July. We could meet up with Resurgam also.
