Believe Flyer is right on this one. Think you lads have it confused with the Champions League.
It's the way BBC presented it yesterday as well when describing Englands chances to progress.

Just seen Roller's post, that's how it is.

Oh well, they've obviously changed the rule again, just to confuse. Irrelevant in England's case now...

Yeah it had me wondering too, had to look it up last night.

Think we have it confused with the rules in the Champions League.

You look what the scum do, the last youth player they had is 34, they spend near on £40m on courtois and lukaku and then loan them out for years. They've even got a queue of top class players waiting to get in ahead of the youngsters.

I believe anything like 5 English players quota breaks EU rules so I'm not sure what the answer is but the current way isn't working.

I prefer head to head rather than how many goals get scored against the minnows. Its more important in quality game for tournaments where the likes of the faeros and San Marino are.

Juat stated on TV that it's goal difference, not head-to-head.....

Well if I've just taken the piss out of Flyer and now find out he was right all along, I think its time for the bottle of whiskey and the revolver!

If that's the case, fair play Flyer but they did have it the way Sooper describes for the last few tournaments because I've repeatedly given out about the stupidity of it. They must've seen sense and reverted it back to G/D.

(Maybe I should listen to Flyer a bit more often <yikes>)

BTW, I've an awful dose of the Jeremy Kyles. Anyone got any ideas of how I might find some relief? I've already wrapped a load of ice in a kitchen towel and placed it on the affected area. If someone walks in on me I don't know what I'll say :emoticon-0101-sadsm

As an alternative, one way to drown your sorrows......

"King Edward caused his brother the Duke of Clarence, to be drowned in a pipe of Malmsey, charging him with a design of endeavouring to dethrone him.”

Is malmsey some sort of wine? Think I'd prefer that to a red hot poker up the jacksey!

My uncle also died after falling into a pipe of malmsey. The police told the family that it took him 5 hours to drown, although this would've been quicker had he not needed to get out every half an hour or so for a piss.

The old ones are always the...etc.
