Cerci, Balotelli and Insigne channelling their inner Papa Waigo today with all these offsides.

    Yep.

Hard work beats talent, if talent doesn't work hard. Tactically spot on. Can we poach their manager??

It just shows how overrated, arrogant, egotistical and lacking in tactics the England team is.

Really well done Costa Rica. I'd never wish England to lose, but I hope Costa Rica top the group as they deserve it.

I suppose a point would guarantee it, so England 2-2 Costa Rica would do me, Adam and Rickie scoring!

Can you honestly say the likes of Gerrard, Rooney, Welbeck, Hart, etc are not overrated?

Bit like that so-called 'Golden Generation'

We've got hundreds of threads slagging off England. I, and most others on here are very passionate England fans, and are very disappointed. Please shut up.

    Let's agree to disagree.

I'm an England fan myself, but that doesn't mean I can't feel disillusioned with the team

England players have actually been pretty good - 5 in the PFA TOTY. Rooney had a brilliant first half to the season, Baines was probably the second best LB too.

I think it is more of a case of fans underrating other teams rather than overrating england

Yet you'd find it "hilarious" if we finished on 0 points? I'm a Saints fan and I'd find it far from "hilarious" if we lost 3 games in a row.

Costa Rica were excellent in their two games. They deserve it. England were out yesterday to be honest, as they didn't get the result required.
