Just go and try talking to them first, calmly. Most people are reasonable human beings.

    Mr Party

Simple answer you need to have a party and invite fellow board members around.

I'm sure we can knock on the bastards door and make sure he doesnt keep you awake again .

Don't stick a note through his door just knock on his Door and tell him to keep volume down

Tell him to buy some ****ing head phones then he can blast his ears off without bothering anyone else

If he doesn't stop I am most willing to come to your place one evening with mask and baseball bat and smash his ****ing sound system up .

I'm sure I'm not the only one on here who will be there for you IF needed.

    :)

When we moved back to Holderness from London, many moons ago, I did a stint of nights at Willerby Caravans. The Mrs rang me one night around 2ish & said the guy next door had been blasting music out since 11.

I called the Old Bill from work who said they could do nothing, but for me to ring environmental council people the next day. I suggested they take a drive out & ask him to turn it off as they'd have to drive out anyway to arrest me when I'd battered seven ****s out of him when I got home.

Soon as I put the phone down the Mrs rang me back & said he'd turned it off, so I cancelled the plod.

I got home about 0430 & banged the **** out of his front door, he eventually woke & stuck his head out of the window. "I want to talk about the loud music earlier" "Yeah Ok but can't it wait 'til tomorrow" "Yes, of course it can, I just wanted you to know what it's like to be woken up"

Next morning he answered the door & swiftly apologised, but added "There's nothing to stop me playing it loud during the day is there"

"Of course there is" I replied, "If I hear music coming from your house again I'll let myself in, rip the music system out of the wall, deposit it through the window & you'll follow" "Ahh I understand" he said, & we were never troubled again.

    ****ing anti-social ****s, I hate them with a passion.

But Party's neighbour has already shown he's not a reasonable human being. He's playing loud music at 4 in the morning for Christ's sake.

Only noise I get from neighbour is her pet African grey parrot going through her many different whistles and chatting away .

I often turn tv off and just listen to her parrot .

Parrot seems to have a mad half hour around 10am and then at 6pm

If anything it's to quite around here .

I have had this down as a potential cure, because I have experienced it, recently. I threw 3 cans of sweet & sour sauce ( tesco variety) over a pair of raucous brothers front door, whilst their at work. Oh and as an observation , they are'nt the get down on your knees in the gladiolas to do clean types. so the contents of 3 cans plastered , dripping down the door and entry point of the doorway. NICE. then "PARTY" at about 3am I went to their car and poured a whole can of paint over 1.5 ltr over his windscreen, by the morning it had dried , (rock hard) I watched them scrape the **** off , for the majority of the morning, with buckets of hot soapy water. They missed work that day. Then my m8 punched his wife in the craw, a few streets away, as she was walking home from work, with the mssg to shut up her moaning ways in the bedroom each night. Because Rock & Roll Ain't Noise Pollution... JOB DONE. they still live above me, and not a ****in peep in 2 years.

But at least try and talk to him first. Diplomacy not war should at least be attempted as plan A.

I think I am in a minority view of one on here that I would first try and sort it out as amicably as is possible then re-assess the situation. I'll get me coat.
