Italy passed it through us in the first match, and it attacked us where we were weakest. Tonight, the defence was amateurish. And i'm including Gerrard's mistake in that. The basis of a decent side is the defence & we've not got that.

You follow jockland & mock England. Comparisons are bound to be drawn. Jockland fall well short of the mark. England can beat Macedonia etc, Scotland can't. Nobody shouts about England's chances. people support their national team, the skirt wearers certainly do. Where's the problem? England's tournament performances are not brilliant. Scotland would be ecstatic & **** off family members (nothing new there) just for an appearance. All previous jock performances have failed to see progression out of the group stages. Jocks, who get a little stiffy at any poor performance by England, appear bitter, jealous & more than a little racist. I'd always rather be English than Scottish, as would most jocks.
