I would be very interested in joining, but I would assume physical attendance at meetings is required which would obviously exclude me.
I would tell AA I am not against him That I think he has done some great things for the area, daisy appeal, the research centre , castle Hill queens centre , cancer research etc I would tell him to DROP the name change because NOT ONE PERSON prefers Hull City Tigers or Hull Tigers to Hull City AFC That his poll was flawed . That he needs to admit he was wrong about the name change idea. That right now I hope he stays as no doubt do plenty of others But I would rather he left then re apply to the fa again We are all sick of this name change crap. Its also vital IMO to increase capacity and offer cheap tickets to under 21's even give tickets away for free to the local schools...without the young people coming to games we are ****ed as there will be no next generation of City fans buying season passes if we don't get the young ones hooked. That's some of what I would tell him IF we ever got to meet.
Good to see consultation and I'll be applying to be on it. For obvious reasons though I'm totally suspicious of it.
But he isnt getting a season pass next season and no **** posts on there apart from a few people and thats FACT. So dont bother guessing yeah.
I love amber nectar but I dont really post on there anymore. I dont even go to the forum and just read the homepage. Their writing is top class.
I'm the same, I don't even know how to find the forum on there. This site is far better for general debate with a lot of people. But for well-written City articles AN is the place to be.
I didn't mention the forum, I said the fanzine, Amber Nectar write the best articles on City by a country mile. And Andy will still be going to games, he's just not buying a season ticket. Along with several thousand other people.
I actually like the AN Fanzine generally. I'd also expect Andy to be involved with something like this. Yeah shame about the several thousand other people, if only we had a larger capacity stadium so we could have more season tickets to sell.
Is several thousand more than 5 thousand or less? Is several thousand more than 2 thousand. Wow we musta gained a lot of new fans, great stuff.
If only he had not increased the price of a pass by so much and persisted in the ridiculous name change,Allams feet must be full of bullet holes.
So has this consultation group led to any positive benefits? Was the badge change debate a 'hush hush whisper whisper' affair with free champage and vol-au-vents on silver trays offered to the diffident, dutiful and sycophantic 'yes' community? "But let's keep this in-house eh guys" The comfortable warmth of the soft leather upholstery helped to paper over any lingering doubts that the fence-sitters may have harboured, the family silver thus sold, at least was in the hands of a wealthy benefactor whose CV was as immaculate as his taste in Krug..
So our current crest is a halfway house between the old one and some new one with a new name on it? We actually have a half-finished work in progress on our shirts next season?
Do you ever reflect on what you post, Hapless? E.g. - what would be the point of having you (or any other pro-name change fan) as a rep on CTWD?
Depending what you mean by cheap, they already do don't they? There's either a 16-21 or 18-21 category to make the price increase from child to adult a staggered one.
You've lost me there Stanners. I'd rather gouge my eyes out with a spoon than have owt to do with CTWD. We were talking about the new supporters group and I was explaining why I had mentioned CTWD. So resorting to the playground style of discussion and calling me "Hapless" and asking me a stupid question that had no bearing or relevance to my post, which was responding to a question put to me about me mentioning CTWD is...quite funny and ironic, if not misguided and patently absurd.
