"Southampton are demanding £30million for Lambert's fellow England World Cup squad member Lallana, despite indicating to the player they would allow him to leave for around £20m – which is close to Liverpool’s limit" - that sounds like bollocks to me.

 

If we got £20m + Hernandez (or better Lukaku) for Luke, and £20m + Borini for Adam, I think I could live with that.
I wouldn't want to lose Dejan for any less than £20m (and not at all if possible).

 

Chelsea are not in for Shaw anymore.

 

18m for Lovren + add ons would be a good bit of business.(if he wants to leave)

 

Doesn't mean that won't change (not that I think we'd get Lukaku anyway).

I know it's a case of 'my dads knows this, my dad knows that etc', but my Dad does actually know someone within Manchester United, who claims Shaw to Utd is a done deal.

Which involves Hernadez coming the other way...

 

When was the last time a major transfer involved a player swap? Can't think of one off the top of my head and now we are supposedly in talks for 2 of them? Can't see it myself.

Plus I have no clue why Hernandez would want to come here, would surely have better offers.

I think Shaw is a done deal though, think that Guan guy can't say anything about him because the deal is all done and will be announced when England are out of the World Cup, just don't think it will involve any players and will just be cash. Plus Utd have sold Buttner and I doubt they would do that until they had another LB sorted

 

Interesting that Buttner's agent used Luke Shaw as a reason as to why Buttner wanted out.

I'm liking Buttner's claims that he was MOTM for United in 14 of the 15 games he played for them last season!!

 

*Apparently* Neil Lennon has just said on 5live that he reckons we've signed/are signing Van Dijk. I'm not sure if this is true (it's from Saintsweb) and I'm not sure if Lennon would know anyway, but you know, yes please.
