I'm still undecided, it's on at the sports club opposite my house and No.1 daughters partner is at cricket practice then all the lads are watching it up there, so I might wander over.
Oh dear; read the thread title and asked the wife, 'where are we watching the game tonight'? Without breaking stride in her ironing chores she replied, 'we'll watch it at home shall we and try and change our luck'. Bollocks, I could have done that better! Re-group, on to plan B.
I'll be at home, may even have a beer. Lady Cheshire has given up with the football whinging, for now. I'm sure she'll be back. Loving June, World Cup & only working 11 days. Been the busiest week this week, done Mon-Weds. Done now 'til Mon & Tues next week.
I've just nipped home for lunch and the missus has a full size St George flying in the garden(covered in blue and yellow face paint, as it's last outing was at the Japan/Korea World Cup game against Sweden, though I don't quite remember how it all got on there). And there's a row of posts down the drive with small St George flags on each and with the faces of Rooney, Gerrard and Hodgson on them(99p for a pack of five from Boyes apparently). I think my missus might be even more mental than me. I'm going out to watch the game now.

Hah! Ok that made me laugh. Fair play to her. Personally I think I need to go out to watch this game. My missus and daughers are doing my head in during the games. Last night, I had to endure the following: Daughter: Dad are Spain and Brazil close to each other? Me: Erm in world football rankings? Daughter: No dad, geographically... Me: Jesus Christ... I then tried to explain a little geography to her... (she is still confused by USA, Canada, N America and S America etc all being in the same continent): Me: "Ok, there's America...then a big sea called the Atlantic...then the UK. .then..." she interrupts with "Asia??". "No...France? " I said, "you sure?" She replies. This my friends is the future of nursing. She's 23yrs old and half way through her degree...
