    Also, the ****rag Mirror says "LFC believe Lallana and Lovren will be playing against Saints in first game of season". Not posting link coz Mirror is rubbish - although this story is from Maddock whose a scouser with some links into the club. hes like sometimes reliable as compared to their other writers who know nothing on LFC.

    Goes with what we've heard that LFC will try to sign pair again after the World Cup and BR is expecting it to go the distance in the window.

    It was a snippet of an interview and hardly indicated anything whatsoever. You heard what you wanted to hear. It was neutral with no positivity.

    I don't think there's any way on God's earth we'd sell you Lallana and Lovren. Three of our players, arguably the spine of the team, to one club? It'd be like you selling Suarez, Sterling and Skrtel.

    I'm not too sure that, even if he has a choice, Lovren would chose Liverpool over Barcelona anyway. He might of course, but only in the way that he might also choose to go out with Janette Crankie instead of Mila Kunis.

    Seeing as this was aimed at me.

    How can you say it doesn't sound more positive than "I want to leave"? To me, at least, he sounded like he was willing to give the new guy a chance, which has got to be a positive surely?

    Agreed. That offer is a lot more tempting than previous offers. And didn't Borini take penalties for Sunderland? I know Gardner took penalties but I have a feeling Borini did as well.
