    Good Morning Everyone,

Long suffering Leeds fans were given a stay of execution as no official word came from Elland Road regarding the vacant managerial situation.

'Dave' is still expected to sign on the dotted line, but at one point his odds went from 1/33 to 1/10.

Looking at the odds just a moment ago, the odds stood at 1/12, whereas Dolan was 19/2.

It is believed that Hockaday was finalising his terms, and an official word is expected this morning!!!

David Haigh came close to handing a file on GFH Capital's improper business practices to Middle East regulators before his arrest. <yikes>

Haigh had been preparing a file raising questions about improper business practices at GFHC, which he intended to send to regulators in Bahrain and Dubai. But Mr Haigh never got the chance to pass on this dossier on the Dubai-based investment bank, where he worked as deputy CEO after GFHC’s takeover of Leeds United FC in December 2012.

If this was the case, why did he not distance himself from them as soon as he found out?

Why would he travel to Dubai to meet up with them about another job offer?

Mornin Elland and all. Will Engerland be getting early flight home with the spaniards? Woy is confident. As for Haigh, I never had any time for him but cannot understand a judicial system where you can spend five weeks in jail with no charges. Absolutely bizarre. Oddly enough, is it any surprise Bates got involved with this lot. Why do we always attract dodgy owners? Still might work out in the end

Morning Eire, can only see a 3-1 England victory tonight.

Not surprised about what happens in places like Dubai. Many Countries outside Europe are decades behind us...

Haigh is a greedy banker and he did what any greedy banker would do. He gave them an option, in other words he was blackmailing them and he was shafted first. I'm with Eire as I never liked or trusted the twat and he probably deserves all he gets. As for being in jail for 5-weeks with no charges; I think people need to realise that when you work or visit a foreign country that you adhere to their laws (Unlike here where plenty of idiots think we should change our way of life to suit new arrivals) Lets hope he gets the full sharia law treatment if guilty. I bet his wife is gutted having all her cash frozen.

Getting bored now with the coach situation, as what will be will be. We have no say, and until we turn out to be worse than last season, we can't say anything. Yes not what I wanted but we need to be realistic and trust the owner, because the last high profile managers have all failed badly, and left us with **** players nobody wants and spent a lot of cash we never had.

Morning all. Very concerned about green growth in the EU. Seriously worried that Englan will do their bit for climate change and get dropped off by Spain on a joint flight home. Hope not. The thought of Suarez' face having an irritating smile everytime he lines up with his 'pool mates is just too much to bare.

On Hagh, if you dance with the devil, you sometimes get burned. Time will tell.

On Hockadoodledoo, I really hope its us on here that are missing a trick and he's got a lot more about him than we give him credit for. If he does get the job, he will of course have a Director of football working with him. So maybe it'll work. But I remain to be convinced.

Have the Wallie come up with a pub to meet in yet, & can I assume its a no colours do if we do meet up with them just to ensure the meatheads in Deptford don't kick off.

We could loose tonight and still qualify, a draw wouldn't be to bad either. Not sure why everyone is saying it's a must win.

I think the current owner is dodgier than GFH, Bates & Haigh put together. I am still convinced that Cellino and Bates are one big happy family <ok>

    Morning all,

No big deal if England go out tonight, apart from the week long inquest into what went wrong. Easy explanation, not good enough.
I've seen at least eight teams who are better.

Italy have looked the best side so far, and we should have at least drawn with them - **** tactics cost us!!

It's always should have done this, should have done that, if only the tactics were better etc.

So how come other teams seem to get their tactics right and England don't? Every tournament.

We must win tonight, we don't want to have to face Costa Rica needing to win.
And we need Italy to win tomorrow.

Both games draws and its gonna get messy!

Well Spain got their tactics wrong - as did Uraguay for their first game - Rooney is not a left winger as he doesn't get back in time - everyone except Woy knows this - the 2 Italy goals were as a result of this error <ok>

Agree with the 2nd goal, and the first to a certain extent.

Although i have to say for the first someone should have been throwing themselves in front of that shot
