That's a bit of a shock, I've heard nothing but good things about him.

Has he gone for more money or has he been infected by Bullard?

Its only a physio gone. No doubt they will fill the position easily. Dunno what he was like as a bloke but he used to get a bit of stick for being a bit of a pie eater from away fans.

I don't think so and I don't really know the role of each, but the OWS lists:

    Head Physiotherapist: Simon Maltby

    Assistant Physiotherapist: Liam McGarry

    Performance Manager: Paul Balsom

First Team Sports Scientist: Matt Reeves

    Fitness Coordinator: Sean Rush

    Performance Analyst: Laurence Stewart

    Ken Way
Posted on: Fri 07 Jan 2011

Ken is the club's sports psychologist with the principal aim of helping players to mentally prepare so they can consistently perform at their best.

He worked under Nigel Pearson at Southampton and Leicester and his experience includes working with six professional teams (premiership, championship and international levels). His involvement at Hull is combined with work in other sports and his client list includes British, Commonwealth and World Champions as well as working with three international teams in different sports.

Ken is also a qualified psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and trainer of NLP and several other 'mental disciplines'. He has recently written a comprehensive book on sports psychology entitled 'Mental Mastery: tried and tested techniques for exceptional sports performance.'

NLP is neuro linguistic programming apparently!

If he was being paid per injury, over the last couple of seasons he could have been our most expensive employee.

That sounds like someone that came with Pearson unless it is just a coincidence. If Pearson thinks he useful then fair enough, I was thinking of someone who came to the club while we were in the Premier League, I thought he might have still been around and on a big wage (for a non player).

Worst news of the transfer window so far.

Shall we just get rid of everyone who was here before Nigel Pearson?
