    Like I said 2006 injured, 2010 total England disaster, 2014 on fn game

    If we play that kind of game them Gerrard has been just the same over the same period surely?

    Missed 2002 due to injury, 2006 got a couple of goals but missed pen in qf, 2010 was really stellar for us all

    It's just bashing... Rooney or Gerrard.... England had far far worse and are lucky to have them. It's not like either of them are not doing their damnedest to do everything g for this one!

    No, much rather Uruguay go out so Suarez gets a nice rest and doesn't risk causing more damage to his knee!
