    Sad to see Sam Kelly has died - I first knew him as Hans Gruber in 'Allo 'Allo, but when they showed repeats of Porridge, I then saw him as Bunny Warren. Appropriately, his last TV appearance was on the GOLD series celebrating 40 years of Porridge. RIP Sam.

    I only looked him up the other day on Wikipedia after watching that gold series.

    How was the IOW Lenny? - as a child The IOW and Dorest were my favourite places to go on our jolidays. Beach at Shanklin was wonderful.

    It was great - only previous joliday there was years ago with the kids in Ventnor. This time we were in a hotel in Sandown with a sea view and balcony - weather was hot and sunny and we went all over the place - lovely
