Ince, 22, has spoken to Hull City and Stoke retain an interest. The winger enjoyed a loan spell in the Premier League this season at Crystal Palace, where he scored on his debut. Blackpool could command £8m at a transfer tribunal though after Palace paid £1.5m for his loan fee in January.
