[nsfw]Favourite part of the episode wasn't any of the big action, it was Varys walking back after getting Tyrion on the boat, hearing the bells ringing the alarm, and doing an immediate and expressionless about-face to also catch the ship. When you spend your whole life scheming, I guess it doesn't come as a surprise when one finally goes irreparably awry.

Season really could have used a couple more episodes, though. So many of the things that happened over 3-4 minutes in this one seem like things that ought to have gotten a deeper treatment.[/nsfw]

[nsfw]King's Landing is gonna be a mess. Undoubtedly Cersei and Jaime will see this as an opportunity to sack off these plans Tywin had for them and stay close to their son while probably ramping up the incest another notch. I reckon we might see them make silly decisions that result in losing allies (Tyrells perhaps) and making a royal mess of the economy. They'll get attacked too, of course. More Martells please. Lannisters are on their way out.

Also how the **** did Stannis get up there already?! That could be fun next season. Him and the Boltons butting heads.[/nsfw]

 

[nsfw]Cersei refuses to accept the Lannister's financial situation/need for the Tyrells and ****in' hates them, so that alliance will definitely be off. But yeah I definitely want more Martells... Oberyn's identical twin coincidentally played by Pedro Pascal?[/nsfw]

 

[Nsfw]Definitely more Pedro needed, but I may satisfy that urge by watching everything else he's ever done.

Only thing with the Tyrells is that Tommen seems very pleased to be marrying Margaery because she's been getting her tactical flirt on. I'll be expecting more of that to keep her from leaving without a fight.[/nsfw]
