This is the way to do it, no nonsense or dithering from him. I'm not a big fan but this is the way to do it. Good positive approach.

Jose Mourinho has confirmed that goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois will return to Chelsea after three seasons on loan at Atletico Madrid.

Chelsea boss ended speculation the Belgian will stay in Madrid.

"When the World Cup is over, Courtois will come straight back to Stamford Bridge - end of story," he said on a charity visit to the Ivory Coast.

Meanwhile, Mourinho has confirmed the Blues remain keen to sign Atletico's Spain international striker Diego Costa.

Chelsea had wanted the 25-year-old to complete a £32m move to Stamford Bridge prior to the World Cup in Brazil.

"I am extremely confident we are going to get him and he'll end up signing for Chelsea," said Mourinho.
"Costa is a player I want in my team. I've asked the club to bring him in."

Apparently Arsene Wenger has confirmed on French TV that Joel Campbell will be at Arsenal next season so what's the difference.
On the subject of Costa, reading all the media stories I thought the deal to sign him was signed sealed and delivered.

According to the BBC Chelsea met his buyout clause fee a while ago but contract talks have taken a long time.

He didn't say he'd be in the team next season anyway, he said he'd be with Arsenal for pre-season.

    You mean Wenger?

The fans and probably the players - did want the signing.

Tell me about it. All the Arsenal fans at my work place, and believe there are loads, all wanted Cesc. Not sure why people think Wenger = Arsenal + fans.

Technically Wenger > Arsenal + fans on the matter of Cesc because the decision lies with him. Same goes for nearly every manager in football. As for most fans wanting Cesc, weight of numbers ≠ the best decision.

And if fans had their way over the last few years, we'd have got rid of RVP, Theo and Ramsey and had Moyes or Fat Sam as manager.

    With RVP = no trophies
    Without RVP = FA cup

    With Theo = no trophies
Without Theo (due to injury) = FA cup

I am being facetious though before you reply in a serious manner
