Having told you all about Hull City’s interest in Norwich City winger Robert Snodgrass at the end of May, it is now being suggested by The People that he could put pen to paper shortly.

If reports are to be believed, the Tigers are set to beat West Ham to the 26-year-old’s signature for a fee of around £4m, significantly less than the £6m which was first bandied about.

Even so, that valuation has put the Hammers off signing the Scotland international, who has made 74 appearances and scored 14 goals since his £3m move from Leeds in 2012.

Lescott to decide on future by end of the week?

All the talk surrounding the future of Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott suggests he will choose a club from eight possible detinations by as early as the end of this week.

According to The Sun, he is wanted by Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, West Ham, Bordeaux, Besiktas, Portland Timbers and Al Ain, as well as the confirmed interest from Hull City, who have tacled a two-year deal.

But the bookies think a move to Villa is looking likely and you can get 5/1 at SkyBet that he will join the Villa Park outfit before September 2. QPR are the favourites at 3/1 and the Tigers are not even in the most popular betting markets.

Second from top actually, maybe the hull city one needs to be above the non city transfer rumors? And there was no mention of the Lescott update.

 

Maybe it needs "pinning" then.

I'm not asking him not to post. But when he posts a new thread and somebody suggests it should be someplace else, and then he claims there wasn't any mention of Lescott being wanted by other clubs? Give me a ****ing break.

 

Actually if you read the article states he wants to sort it out this week/asap, QPR are now favorites to sign him and city's odds are now slashed. So how is that not new news you f*cktard. And the article is today's. There wasn't any mention of the "new" news this morning on the transfer thread.
