It reminds me of an every day occurrence at work. As a bag comes on to the carousel, it will scan the tag every time. Often someone will come up to us and say their bag isn't on the belt, but when I check the system it shows it has gone around many times. Even when you go over to the carousel to show them the one bag that is going around is theirs, they refuse to believe it. Quite often I have to show them the contents ( their clothes) to get them to believe its theirs....and what is the usual response ??? 'Well it must of only just arrived 'cos it wasn't there when I first looked ' You couldn't make it up
