I disliked yours for the dig at the team I support. I'm talking up your country here ffs AND i'm a bitter jock
Well, half a nigel, I grew up with Bertie Auld, Chalmers, Bobby Lennox, just don't tell him (style me baby)
It is the same every time though. Next on the list is to blame the manager and then replace him. The way they disregarded the Italians was shocking considering that they have achieved much more than them recently, but apparently I am a spastic who knows nothing.
Well if you are half Nigel you should know when you are getting your chain yanked. There is no purpose for this thread other than to wind people up, it seems to have worked. I don't go for this type of thread personally but I always stifle a snigger when the OP gets a meaty bite or 2, it's not as if Eric's doing anything original.
I am only trying to educate them in the realities of where their team stands in world football. It is not my fault people believe all that world class ****e from stupid sky tv. Why are none of these players sought after by barca madrid etc?
People don't though, oh for feck's sake! Anyway, I'm wound up and beeling, apparently, so bollux to it.
I know some England fans know that it is a lot of ****, but the realities are that a lot your fans don't. Some of you guys think rooney, was he playing tonight, is world class.
He held you back tonight. A more mobile centre forward would have caused that slow Italian defence problems.
Hodgson blaming the pitch. Utter pathetic. It is the same for both teams and better pitch would have meant Italy would have passed rings round you.
You know as much as hurting Nigels amuses me I still have to react when a lunatic tim talks bollocks . Rooney , whilst be by far the worst player on the park did not hold England back because he was immobile at centre forward . Rooney wasn't playing centre forward . He was playing for the most part on the left . He was terrible in that position though . Mainly because he was forced to step in due to crazy formation Hodgson decided to play . England played two holding midfielders . Those two were playing so deep that it looked as if they had six along the back for most of the game . This forced both Welbeck and Rooney to come inside to try and deal with the Italian midfield . This left massive amounts of space on Englands wide areas . Especially on fhe left where Rooney was far less willing to chase back with the italian wing back . Banes was over run . Despite all that England still managed to cause the Italians all sorts of bother and where actually pretty unlucky not to take something from that match . Joe Harte , Rooney and Gerrard were ****e though . I don't know where Eric's getting the ****e about the Italians being dismissed out of hand by the English commentators or media . I saw no evidence of that . I think he's just making ****e up .
