if they have the right attitude then fine by me. skill isnt always important, although obviously it helps lol, as suso has the skill but the wrong attitude it seems. guessing skill is easier to teach players than attitude,flanno isnt a world beater or blessed with amazing skill, but he has the right attitude. only one out of them i have seen a bit of is lovren, be ok with him, caulker not so keen on, and know nothing of the other 2. so agger is likely off if rumours are true, anything on Coates? and please someone buy johnson ffs, well not even buy if it helps lol. kelly is staying by the looks of it (personally rather we cut our losses on him), unless it was a ploy by brendan to give him confidence until a bid for him comes in. this lot no more fill me with confidence than our current lot to be honest, but hopefully an improvement on what we have if brendan can work his magic on them.

Poll lacks Flanagan. Flanagan Lovren Sakho Moreno I think we need better communication, leadership, organisation and to deal with crosses better (closing down and in the box). Dominating possession better will improve our defensive record more.

None of the above please, Caulker is disgraceful, what is our obsession with getting relegation standard players. Lovren is overrated and was destoyed against Brazil. For me Flanagan Skrtel Agger Moreno
Don't get the big fuss about Clyne. Just another full back that is young and quite quick. Same was Walker, same as Johnson, same as Naughton. He's not CL quality.
As long as Flanagan plays, we'll be fine Sakho also needs to be first choice LCB; give him time to develop into our defensive leader with confidence.
Build the defence around Sakho IMO. That's why I can see logic behind signing Lovren, as he can speak French and help Sakho adapt to the English game. 2 new full backs with Flannagan as back up on both sides, and Wisdom as back up for RCB and RB.
I think the flanks are now clear: Johnson & Flanagan will compete at RB, while new signing (Moreno?) and Enrique will compete at LB. The question is what's up with the CB situation?? Will a new signing be made? Lovren and who else is in the running? Are we really looking at midtable material like Caulker and Clyne? Will Ilori be loaned out again? If a signing is made, will Rodgers sell Agger or Skrtel? My answers: Yes, Benatia, No, Yes, Skrtel.
