The usually reliable Lamb has forgotten there's an earlier match today. :) So here it is... Once again, we'll see how many comments this one will generate. I'm sure it's hugely important to Colombians and Greeks, anyhow. And I've a feeling every match is going to be followed reasonably avidly. If one can do anything reasonably avidly, that is.

Looks unappealing on paper but I'm quite interested to see how both of these teams perform.

Will Mitroglu play? Will he be as comically out of shape as characterised my Magath? That alone makes it in some way worth tuning in for!

Sadly, in terms of watching, I shall be out for a trudge in the New Forest. But going on the evidence of the previous matches in the tournament, I'm hoping that there is some sense of both teams going for it. I have absolutely no idea who will come out of it as winners. Total and utter guess of a 3-2 scoreline and a cracking match.

There, that's jinxed it for you. :)

Whilst I love Greek food, history, architecture it does not extend to football, so I am hoping for a Colombian win as I'd like the minor South American countries to do really well along with an African team such as the Ivory Coast, and of course England with our Southampton boys prominent.

I don't think he'll start. I don't know if they go with 1 or 2 up front normally, but I'd expect Samaras to play. Looking forward to seeing Fetfatzidis, who is supposed to be a very exciting player.

I can't believe they still play Yepes. It's like Uruguay and Lugano - move on, there are better options!

Four games on today. First live ones I've watched so far. I am so damn excited.

Plays for River Plate. What an odd choice. I was sure Bacca would play. No Fetfatzidis either, which is typical Greek negativity.

Yeah, Bacca too. This lad doesn't even have a great scoring record this season.

First couple of touches from him have been poor too. But never mind, the left back will score.

Just realised how good their right flank is. Zuniga and Cuadrado. Both can play right back. Both can play right forward. That's solid as ****.

Liking this ref so far. Letting it flow, and lots of talking with the players. Like a rugby ref.
