Senegal international Pape Souare is being considered by QPR.

Harry Redknapp planning new arrivals after Premier League promotion.

Rio Ferdinand has been approached after leaving Manchester United.

Brede Hangeland is wanted after departure from Fulham.

Pape Souare is being considered by Queens Park Rangers as they weigh up potential recruits for left-back.
The Senegal international, 24, plays for Lille in France and was linked with Arsenal earlier last season.
Harry Redknapp's side took Benoit Assou-Ekotto on loan from Tottenham for the majority of last season but that deal has now expired.

Souare could be just one of many new faces at QPR next season with Redknapp keen to bolster his squad ahead of their return to the Premier League.
They have approached free agent Rio Ferdinand following the expiry of his contract at Manchester United.
And Brede Hangeland is also interesting the club following his departure from Fulham.

If he plays for Lille then he must be pretty good. They don't concede goals.
We're in desperate need for a left back, so a yes from me.

Good age but I think we should go British wherever possible this year. We had the United Nations last time round and it didn't work. Team spirit is crucial and its far more likely to be good with mostly Brits in the side.

They'd be able to talk to one another for a start.

Given Redknapp's been castigated for every old player we've been linked with, maybe we should be heaping praise on him now a journo's plucked this out of the hat

    Not really we have YSY

I don't think we should get payers just because they're british. If he is a good player, willing to put a shift in. bring him in

Totally agree ...................... Team spirit is everything, so too is communication. Players from Great Briton will do me providing Harry steers clear of the retirement homes.

LB is about the last position we need to fill with both Yun and Traore, plus Clint as back up.

Why do people put so much faith in Yun who has played what? 2-3 games for us and is completely untested at this level. While a solid player like Simpson is seen as a weak spot at RB and need replacing. Traore isn't good enough at left back in the Premier League, he should be kept but only as an option for the left wing. Clint will not be used as a left back in the Premier League and we can't rely on him as back up in a position he would get murdered in.

Left back should be a priority to get a first choice player in, with Yun used as back up.

We need 2 lbs and we have one. We still need another but it's not desperate yet. Unless of course traore gets another contract.

I've lost 25lbs this year so far and the best bit is I haven't changed a single thing in my diet.

Tbh Oslo neither Clint nor Traore are particularly good at left back so another option would be sensible. Clint to old, Traore never been a great defender and is better going forward. I'd have a look at this guy.
