Why the need for a new bill? SNP trying to be big men (I don't have any political preference by the way so I'm not just having a go at them). I just don't get it. Even the police head honchos have said it's a joke. The law is already there that people singing bigoted songs at football can be arrested. FFS is that not "Breach of the peace" at the very least? I think there's already another law about bigotry but I'll leave it to you better educated people to name it. The only problem in Scotland is that the police aren't doing their job. They only have to arrest a few people at ibrox (for example) to stop this. What the **** are they doing?
I want to know why there's so much sectarianism in Glasgow but it was never a big thing in Liverpool or Manchester, who also had their fair share of Irish immigrants.
I canny mind where the button was....or at least it isn't happening where I think the button used to be.
What about his acceptance and condoning of the Orange Order? His opinion that NPOR is within the OO right to sing that? Or his general acceptance that Bigotry is on the way out in Scotland.
I'd like to know that too mate. I think maybe we got all the ****ing thick scumbags from ireland that don't have the sense to worry about something else rather than religion. I'm a proddy, married to a catholic. I don't give a **** about religion. My wife's family are , obviously, all catholic. I dont' hate them because of that I just hate them because they're a bunch of ****ers.
There isn't sooo much sectarianism. It's a popular myth peddled by some to further their own agenda. There is a great football rivalry though, the biggest in the UK if not Western Europe.
And you'll find that is the same for 95% of the population. My wifes a Catholic, her mum is a Protestant, my mums sister married a Catholic, my wifes sister married a Protestant. It doesn't matter to the overwhelming vast majority of us.
My only expierence of the OO is watching them march in Paisley from thier lodge. What a bunch of ****ing fannys. They thought they were making a big point but in reaity everyone in Paisley couldn't actually give a **** and were laughing at them. The only point of an Orange Lodge is if it sells cheap beer.
