"Brick, I've been meaning to talk to you about that. You should find yourself a safe house or a relative close by because you're probably wanted for murder. "
I wonder if they have a link up with these guys? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metropolitan_Police_F.C.
"I'm Brick Tamland. People seem to like me because I am polite and I am rarely late. I like to eat ice cream and I really enjoy a nice pair of slacks. Years later, a doctor will tell me that I have an I.Q. of 48 and am what some people call mentally ******ed." No argument from me.
"I love...carpet. I love...desk." "Brick, are you just looking at things in the office and saying that you love them?" "I love lamp." "Do you really love the lamp, or are you just saying it because you saw it?" "I love lamp. I love lamp."
Cardiff City have confirmed the signing of midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi on a free transfer from Crystal Palace. Birmingham confirm the signing of former Burnley defender David Edgar on a two-year deal.
Good signing for Cardiff. On Fabregas, I read an interview with Jens Lehmann and he said when Arsenal started playing Fabregas it ****ed up Freddie Ljungbergs game completely. He made runs on the first touch from viera and Petit and Fabregas kept it for 3 4 5 touches and his game just went.
But Fabregas wont get the goals that Lampard got from midfield. 20 a season on average. Matty Fryatt has a play mate / strike partner now. Forest confirm the signing of dutchman Lars Veldwijk.
Nowehere near that. He managed 22 in 2009/10, which is impressive, but the only other season he's got close to that is 2005/6, when he scored 16. His contributions have been fantastic, but that number isn't right. He usually averages double figures. Fabregas scored 15 in 2009/10, which is his best season as a goalscorer. He managed 77 assists in 212 appearances for Arsenal, so I think his contribution will be different to that of Lampard, but long term, who knows what role Jose will have for him.
According to Jose Mourhino it is. He gave a great reveiew of Lampards time with Chelsea and forgetting last season he said that Lampard was averaging 20 a season. I have not checked that out myself but Jose should know.? Fabregas will do well to get 12 next season imo.
Tell Jose. Whatever it was Fabregas has his work cut out to replace Lampard. BUT,,, Having just looked it up - from season 2004/05 to the end of 2009/10 Lampard DID average 20 goals a season. Then from 2010/11 to the end of 2012/13 the average dropped to 15 per season. Last season was a paltry 8.
