More bad news for Derby fans at the hands of QPR as Harry Redknapp is about to sign Craig Bryson

Also news of a get-out- clause of 750K.

Would be an excellent signing, although I remember reading that he himself had tweeted that the deal was off only yesterday so I'll wait for confirmation on this one.

Rams-fans not pleased about this. Which is understandable after what we did to them. Then again whats the point of this promotion because rams-fans know it already that we are as good as relegated next season...

They post as much ignorant crap on their board as we do on ours!

Great move if this happens, lot of ignorance on that message board regarding our club which I come to expect these days, people listen to the media instead of making their own minds up which is unfortunate. This used to wind me up but it's water off a ducks back now.

But, 'Not a QPR type player'? What the f&ck does that mean? From what I have been able to deduce about the lad this last season he's bright, sharp and scores goals? Correct me if I'm wrong but we have a history littered with bright sharp goal scoring midfielders, don't we?
Yes, that post did wind me up as you can guess.

I happen to think we'll do okay this coming season if we keep that team spirit in place. Not destroying it as per Warnock (unfortunately :()r Hughes (cluelessly:steam:) both did.

    Sour grapes!
I think we all hope/know that TF has learnt his lesson and HR has the knowhow to keep us up comfortably. Sign him up!

Not a QPR player? A Cole/Ferdinand/OAP who hasn't had it for years type signing.

Its doubly pissed them off that we are finally getting sensible and it's with one of their players.

Looks like he wants to come too, he liked a tweet saying he'd be a great signing for QPR.

You lot think I'm bad with ages, hes past it at 27!

"Did Craig Bryson peak last season? Turns 28 in November"

I love the way they say it would be a 'bad move' to sign for us. How exactly? Moves to play in Premier League, no doubt increases his wages and moves his career forward. Or stay on similar money no doubt and spend another season in the Championship.

The funniest bit is that they reckon he should sign for a club like 'Villa'!

We're not a 'proper well-run club' like Norwich or Derby, we don't do things the 'right way' and in fact every right-minded proper football fan would like us to fail because we think we can buy success by actually buying players with money and not exchanging coloured beads and food stamps for them like proper football clubs do.

Yes, but can you blame them really? We snatched promotion under their nose and now we are going to snatch one of their better players too. Its much easier to believe all the bad things what media says about us. Anyway we might know the true a bit better than other club fans because we dont believe every thing that mirror, mail or sun etc. wrotes about us. However its fun to read that kind of bitter crab sometimes.

I really enjoyed that, mainly because its not a link from their site onto ours where we are complaining bittterly about our play-off loss. All thanks to OBZ

True Igor, no you can't blame 'em but fark 'em! We know how devastating a play off loss feels it's just nice being in the winners circle for a change.

    That's true!
Their understanding of buyout clauses is similar to ours too!

Funny those comments off the Derby message board.

I think we should go all in for Richard Keogh too - he's always good for a few goals for team or country.

Derby have rejected an offer for goal-scoring midfielder Craig Bryson - who has been linked with newly-promoted Queens Park Rangers and Burnley. From sky sports

I thought he had a release clause so they can't reject it.

Unless Burnley don't realise he has a release clause and haven't met it? Although, clubs would have to be pretty stupid not to realise he has a release clause.
