A team of Saints and former Saints, all left footers. Can you think of a better one? Please correct me also, I didn't do any research this is all off the top of my head, so I may have a few wrong. Grobbelar Baird, Shaw, M Svennson, Maya Yoshida, Fabrice Fernandes, Punch, Danny Fox T Lee, Jim Magilton, Bale
Don't recall Baird ever being left footed. FM doesn't think so either. please log in to view this image
I always thought I could rely on FM for this kind of thing until they made the legendary John Frendo right footed. Disappointed in you, SI.
I really don't think he is. I could only find one compilation video of him and it's quite old but he almost exclusively uses his right foot for tackling and striking the ball:
if he's left footed, this was a great shot with his wrong foot. and maybe baird is left footed after all.
Here's my revised team: Grobbelar Danny Fox, Shaw, M Svennson, Jos Hooiveld Fabrice Fernandes, Punch, Andrew Surman Rudi Skacel, Jim Magilton, Bale edit: Skacel in; for Joe (I got to see that Frendo free-kick again).
David Peach, Nick Holmes, David Armstrong, Bobby Stokes, Wayne Bridge, mark Dennis, ... for just a few.
It's a fluid formation (to say the least). Also, full backs that usher wingers inside when defending, and cut inside to cross when attacking.
