They're doing a hotel that we're doing just now, the ****s have had 2 years to finalise the spec for the light fittings and stuff, the thing gets handed over in January and we still don't know what light fittings are getting put in, and the external lighting! Fat ****y ****
they sound useless. if the client or architect picked lights more expensive than the spec then the client is liable for the cost.

The client is some Scottish guy who made his millions in Russian Oil, suppoesdly a right dodgy **** too, took bullets off the Russian Mafia, I've never met him though. The Architecht is a ****er, theres no disputing that, everycunt is pissed off with him just now.
